Formats, viscosities and packaging compatibility are confirmed in a feasibility review before we quote.

Mechanical spray formats are available for liquid products where compatibility is confirmed. We do not manufacture aerosols or decorative cosmetics.

Categories with additional regulatory requirements — products for children and sun protection, for example — are assessed case by case against manufacturing and registration feasibility.

Market readiness

Built for U.S. and EU Market Requirements

Regulatory scope is defined for each product and target market. We coordinate the documentation, reviews and specialist services required for a market-ready launch.

How the market works

Cosmetics sold in the United States are not subject to FDA premarket approval; color additives are the exception. Under MoCRA, the responsible person handles facility registration, product listing, safety substantiation and adverse-event reporting.

Project support

  • Ingredient and label review
  • Cosmetic-versus-drug claim boundary review
  • Safety substantiation package coordination
  • MoCRA facility registration and product listing support where applicable
  • U.S. net-quantity and label-format review

How the market works

Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires a Responsible Person established in the EU, a Cosmetic Product Safety Report and a Product Information File, plus CPNP notification before a product is placed on the market.

Project support

  • Ingredient and label review under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009
  • Responsible Person coordination
  • CPSR and PIF coordination
  • CPNP notification support
  • Multilingual labeling and claims coordination

Regulatory scope is defined in the project proposal. Services requiring an independent Responsible Person, safety assessor, laboratory or other qualified specialist are coordinated through approved partners.

Quality

Quality That Repeats, Batch After Batch

One successful sample is not enough. Quality means reproducing the approved product within specification across every commercial batch.

Approved master sample

A documented reference for product appearance, texture and application profile.

Defined process

Finalized formula, process parameters and manufacturing instructions.

Controlled materials

Raw-material and packaging specifications with defined acceptance checks.

Batch traceability

Batch records, retained samples, in-process and finished-product checks.

Change control

Material, formula, process and packaging changes are reviewed and documented.

Release discipline

Commercial batches are released against agreed specifications and project requirements.

We name a standard or certificate only where we can identify the document, its scope, the facility it covers and its validity period. The quality documents that apply to your project are listed in the project proposal and provided on request under NDA.

Process

Clear Before Production Starts

No project moves into commercial production until the product, scope, cost, timeline and acceptance criteria are agreed.

How a project runs

  1. Project review

Feasibility assessed and project scope defined.

  2. Proposal

Cost, timeline, rights and acceptance criteria agreed in writing.

  3. Formulation

Sample approved against the agreed brief.

  4. Pre-production

Master sample, specification and packaging confirmed.

  5. Commercial batch

Batch released with its batch documentation.

Logistics

From European Production to Your Sales Channel

Release, export preparation, shipping and fulfillment can be built into the project scope for your market and sales model.

Logistics and fulfillment

  • EU B2B shipments from Bulgaria
  • Export documentation, cartons, palletization and agreed Incoterms
  • U.S. import coordination and Texas warehousing/3PL where included in scope
  • Shipments to distributors, retailers and Amazon FBA — delivery of product to Amazon

Which logistics steps we carry and where your responsibility begins is fixed per project, in the proposal and the agreed Incoterms. Amazon FBA is delivery of the product to Amazon. Amazon FBM is storage and delivery by you or your 3PL. The two are not interchangeable, and which of them we support is fixed in the proposal.
